About
Jacques started his creative journey very early at the age of 11. Finding out he loved dancing with his friends they had a crew that went by the name Ice Cream Kidzz. From there Jacques dabbled into fashion and music for the first time in his young life. From dyeing half of his pants, ripping holes, cutting the edges of the bottom of his pants, Jacques discovered his love for creating own pieces. That's also when Jacques had the opportunity to dabble into music for the first time. Falling in love with both forms of art.
Fast forward a few years and Jacques discovered photoshop, Ableton and after effects and his career took a whole different turn thanks to the power of social media. By posting his edits and visual effects Jacques started creating trends while gaining exposure and has since collaborated with the likes of Louis Vuitton, Dior, Burberry, and many more. Doing many side projects like music videos, styling, image consulting, photography, etc. Starting his own brand with friends that sold out before it could even be released all while continuing his musical journey making his own productions and DJing around the world.

AFTER TAKING THE FASHION INDUSTRY BY STORM COLLABORATING WITH THE LIKES OF LOUIS VUITTON, DIOR, HERMES, BURBERRY, ETC. JACQUES DECIDED TO FOLLOW HIS TRUE PASSION: MUSIC. STARTING OFF AS A SINGER/SONGWRITER, HE FOUND HIS LOVE FOR ELECTRONIC MUSIC AFTER HIS FIRST VISIT TO IBIZA. THIS NEWFOUND PASSION LED TO HIM PERFECTING HIS PRODUCING SKILLS. WORKING AND LIVING IN BIG CITIES LIKE BERLIN, LONDON AND NYC, JACQUES ACQUIRED MUSICAL INFLUENCES FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD AND DECIDED TO GO ON THE QUEST TO DEVELOP HIS OWN SOUND. MOSTLY INSPIRED BY THE GROOVY SOUND OF CLASSIC AND TECH HOUSE, JACQUES STARTED RELEASING REGULARLY ON HIS SOUNDCLOUD UNDER JACQUES BASOKA. BERLIN IN PARTICULAR MADE HIM FALL IN LOVE WITH THE SOUND OF TECHNO AND DECIDED TO GO UNDER THE ALIAS JACQU3S. HE HAS SINCE JOINED THE COLLECTIVE ONSRITME THAT PLAYS AND THROW PARTIES REGULARLY.
JACQUES SECURED HIS DEBUT SET IN THE LEGENDARY CLUB SILENCIO IN PARIS. BECAUSE OF HIS HEAVY INVOLVEMENT IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY JACQUES KEPT PLAYING AT PRIVATE BRAND EVENTS AND FASHION WEEK AFTERPARTIES. JACQUES CHOSE TO GET MORE INVOLVED WITH MUSIC AND HAS BEEN BOOKED AT THE ART BASEL IN MIAMI FOR TOYOTA, THE NOTORIOUS PARAGON IN NYC, TELEGRAPHENAMT IN BERLIN AND MANY MORE. AND MANY MORE.
